What meta tags do I need for social previews?

At minimum set og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url, and og:type. For X/Twitter also set twitter:card and twitter:image (or rely on OG fallbacks).

What is the ideal og:title length?

Aim for 40–60 characters. Longer titles are often truncated on social platforms.
