Platforms cache OG tags to avoid fetching and parsing your page every time someone shares a link. This is smart for performance — but it means when you update your tags, the platform doesn't know about it until the cache expires or you force a refresh.

Facebook / Meta

Reddit

Reddit's cache clears automatically when it re-crawls your page. There's no manual tool. If your preview isn't updating:
